Robert R. Redwitz & Co., An Accounting and Consulting Corporation, was founded in 1975 in Orange County, California. Over the years since 1975, Robert R. Redwitz & Co. has grown in its staff and location. Robert R. Redwitz & Co. currently has a staff of fifteen, six of which are CPA's, and three California locations - Irvine, San Diego, and San Jose. Robert R. Redwitz & Co. services clients located from San Jose to San Diego, Chicago, Phoenix, and Salt Lake City. We also are positioned to assist our clients on a national and international basis since our affiliation with AGN International in January 2000. AGN International is a worldwide association of CPA firms that share resources to better serve our clients with their multi-state and international needs.

Throughout its history, Robert R. Redwitz & Co. has had a strong base of clients in the management training, communications, construction, real estate sales and development, private nonprofit schools, distribution, legal, publishing, and manufacturing areas. Robert R. Redwitz & Co. has extensive experience in these industries and has dealt with multiple problems and opportunities facing these industries over the last 25 years.

Robert R. Redwitz & Co. added "Consultants" to its formal name with a very specific purpose in mind. Robert R. Redwitz & Co. takes great pride in fact that it works very closely with its clients in all phases of their businesses and is extremely responsive to any financial or tax related issues facing it's clients. Robert R. Redwitz & Co. works with its clients year round, and is not just devoted to issuing a financial statement or preparing a tax return. Robert R. Redwitz & Co. wants to be at our client's beck and call when ever they face a problem or opportunity that needs brainstorming. In addition, Robert R. Redwitz & Co. takes a proactive approach with its clients when it sees pending issues that need current resolution.

Robert R. Redwitz & Co. has worked with its clients in the international marketplace. Redwitz & Co. has assisted in establishing foreign subsidiaries for its clients, negotiating product distribution agreements with its clients' foreign relationships and in dealing with foreign taxation issues. Currently, Robert R. Redwitz & Co. has several of its clients actively working in the international marketplace.

Robert R. Redwitz & Co. has an extensive knowledge in the tax-related issues facing the industries it services. Robert R. Redwitz & Co. works closely with its clients to obtain the maximum benefit tax position possible within the complex constraints of the Internal Revenue Code.
