In 1980, Chris received his Bachelor of Science degree from California State University at Long Beach. Upon graduation, he worked for the State Board of Equalization as a sales tax auditor. From 1982 until 1987, he worked in a local CPA firm specializing in tax. In 1984 he received his license to practice as a Certified Public Accountant. Chris is also a member of the California Society of CPA's and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

In June 1987, Chris joined Robert R. Redwitz & Co., as the director of Tax Services. Chris has over 20 years experience in all aspects of taxation including tax strategies, audit representation and tax compliance. He has experience dealing with closely held Corporations, S Corporations, Partnerships, Estates, Trusts, and high net worth individuals.
